The company provides the following products and services: Personal Loans, Financial Guarantee, SME Financing, Foreign Exchange, Asset Finance Loan Against Property & Term Deposits.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and Marketing and Branding Officer to join our team help us build our brand and raise brand awareness.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Based in the Marketing & Branding Department within the Head Office, Port Moresby, the Marketing and Branding Officer is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives that enhance the company’s visibility, reputation, and market presence. The successful outcome of these efforts will contribute to the company’s brand consistency, effective campaign delivery and stakeholder engagement, and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute marketing, branding, social media, and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across Head Office and branch networks.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, competitor activity, and performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure a consistent customer experience, compliance, and timely delivery of marketing and branding initiatives.
• Lead and manage the execution of all branding, marketing, and event activities across locations, including weekend and branch-based activations as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, best practices, and emerging marketing trends to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, branding, or communications-oriented roles.
• Familiarity with applying branding principles and campaign execution.
• Experience using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
• Proven creativity and content development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in analyzing marketing data and generate insights.
• Strong organisation and project management abilitys.
• Attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
