About the Role
The Marketing & Brand Officer will support the delivery of marketing and brand strategies that strengthen organisational reputation, increase awareness and enhance stakeholder engagement. The role will coordinate campaigns, brand initiatives, market intelligence, sponsorships and promotional activities aligned with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate annual marketing plans and campaigns
• Manage integrated marketing campaigns, timelines and budgets
• Maintain brand standards across digital, print, events and advertising
• Conduct market research and monitor industry and competitor trends
• Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships and marketing activations
• Support stakeholder engagement, events and promotional initiatives
• Measure campaign performance, marketing ROI and brand effectiveness

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce, PR or related discipline
• 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, brand, communications or stakeholder engagement
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Experience with sponsorships, partnerships and/or budget management
• Strong research, analytical, project management and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM, analytics and marketing platforms; Power BI desirable
