Job Summary:

The Stanley Hotel & Suites is seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the Sales & Marketing team in delivering innovative marketing initiatives that strengthen the hotel brand and drive revenue growth.

The role is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities in line with brand standards, with a strong focus on increasing brand visibility, room sales, and building long-term client relationships within the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hotel rooms, outlets, and services
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, advertising, and promotional materials
• Manage and monitor all social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand presence
• Support Sales, Events, and Operations teams to deliver client requirements and successful events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with embassies, government agencies, NGOs, and corporate clients
• Assist with PR activities, sponsorships, promotions, and media engagements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, pricing, and market competition
• Ensure all marketing communications align with operational capabilities and brand standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality
• Strong skills in content creation, digital marketing, and social media management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and brand-conscious
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities
