Summary

The Marketing Officer will play a pivotal role in the implementation and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. A key responsibility will be serving as the primary point of contact within the sales and marketing team, providing accurate and timely marketing-related information to team members. The Marketing Officer will also frequently visit property and customer sites, and deliver presentations at different companies. The ideal candidate must be able to interpret market trends, have a strong knowledge of marketing principles, and develop creative ways to help ensure customer engagement, preference, and loyalty.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related information within the sales and marketing team, ensuring all team members are accurately informed and updated.
  3. Coordinate with different teams, such as design, content, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  4. Organize and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
  5. Visit property and customer sites regularly to understand their needs and preferences.
  6. Deliver presentations to various companies to promote our products and services.
  7. Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor offerings, demographic data, and other relevant information.
  8. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, assessing against set goals (ROI and KPIs).
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, including customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
  10. Maintain a strong understanding of product and service offerings, and innovate ways to position our products in the market.
  11. Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.

Job Requirements

  1. A Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the same or related industry.
  3. Excellent understanding of marketing concepts, principles, and branding.
  4. Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  5. Proficient in content editing software, digital advertising, web development, and social media platforms.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize work schedule.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
