Job Overview

We are seeking proactive and results-driven Marketing & Sales Supervisors to coordinate and support marketing and sales activities across multiple locations in Papua New Guinea. This role supervises field sales and merchandising teams, drives sales performance, and ensures marketing campaigns and brand standards are effectively implemented in assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Sales Representatives and Sales Merchandisers to achieve sales and coverage targets in assigned locations.
• Coordinate and execute marketing promotions, product launches, and in-store campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and merchandising standards across all assigned areas.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct regular field visits, coaching, and performance follow-ups with teams.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales, marketing, and acitivity reports to management.
• Liaise with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends and provide actionable feedback.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Grade 12 certificate (minimum); Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is an advantage
• Proven experience in FMCG sales, marketing, or a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse sales data and prepare reports
• Good planning, organisational, and time management skills
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned locations
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, email, sales systems)
