MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

We’re looking for experienced and motivated Mechanical Supervisors to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, values safety, and enjoys leading and developing young up-and-coming nationals in a hands-on environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Plan and coordinate daily mechanical activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs for drilling and support equipment, including both preventive and corrective work.
• Provide technical support for hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, ensuring equipment operates at peak performance.
• Champion safety by ensuring all work follows company policies and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and project progress.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience in mechanical supervision, ideally within the drilling or heavy equipment industry.
• Strong working knowledge of drill rigs, OEM experience with Epiroc, Sandvik, or CAT equipment is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in the field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized, safety-focused, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in various field environments.

Additional requirements:

Applicants must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Examination and provide a current Police Clearance Certificate.
