As the MEAL Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the organisation’s Monitoring & Evaluation function by:
- Develop & Implement MEAL Frameworks & Policies: Lead the creation and implementation of MEAL frameworks and cross-cutting policies to support program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Drive MEAL Capacity Building & Knowledge: Conduct training and awareness sessions on MEAL, development policies, and practices for staff and partners.
- Oversee MEAL for Partnerships & Reporting: Support MEAL needs for individual partnerships, capture impact stories, and provide MEAL inputs for management reports, including semi-annual and annual reports.
- Enhance Program Management & Reporting: Support program leads in refining program logics, tracking workplans, and developing reporting cycles and dashboards.
- Lead Knowledge Sharing & Learning: Lead MEAL Communities of Practice, support the creation of learning resources, and identify/address development practice needs.

To thrive in this role, you'll need: - A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar MEAL role, including 2+ years of international experience.
- Strong skills in M&E framework strategy and development, as well as implementation.
- A development background with the ability to think on your feet and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong research and report writing skills
