We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Motor Vehicle Mechanic to join our team. If you have a passion for vehicle maintenance and repair, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic team ensuring the reliability and performance of our fleet.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be required to perform skilled mechanical repair and maintenance work on various motor vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety, in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs, diagnostics, and routine maintenance on cars, trucks, and heavy machinery.
• Ensure compliance with PNG road safety and vehicle maintenance standards.
• Manage inventory, order parts, and maintain accurate service records.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues clearly.
• Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Proven experience as a Motor Mechanic.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Experience working on both vehicles and power generators is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
