GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – PROJECT DELIVERY

Are you a high-achieving graduate ready to turn theory into real-world impact? Our client, a major infrastructure organisation, is looking for driven graduates to join its project delivery team on an 18-month development program. You won’t be filing papers in a back office. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on large transport and maritime infrastructure projects that will shape the country’s economic future.

Project Management Graduates

You’ll learn how major projects are delivered from the inside. You’ll help manage workplans, schedules and milestones, keep risk, issue and decision registers up to date, and track procurement and contracts. You’ll also help prepare project reports for senior stakeholders and funders, and join site visits and progress meetings. Along the way you’ll build practical skills in planning, risk management, procurement and contract administration that employers across the region value highly.

Engineering Graduates

You’ll get supervised, hands-on technical experience across several infrastructure projects. You’ll help review drawings and design submissions, join site inspections, and track quality testing and non-conformances. You’ll also help prepare site reports and support safety and environmental monitoring. Throughout, a qualified engineer will mentor you and you’ll build an evidence portfolio that supports your path to professional accreditation.

What’s in it for you

You’ll have a personalised development plan, structured training and rotations, and regular capability assessments to track your growth. You’ll gain experience on real projects that most graduates wait years to get, and you’ll finish the program with a strong professional portfolio and a network of industry experts behind you.

Who we’re looking for
  • A Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, engineering, business, finance, procurement or a related field (Project Management stream)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline such as civil, structural or marine (Engineering stream)
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Strong communication, organisation and analytical skills, and a professional attitude
  • A genuine interest in infrastructure, transport or public-sector project delivery
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to travel to project sites
Ready to build your future?
