The Office Clerk provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling daily administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, assisting staff and management, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a professional manner

OFFICE CLERK

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry.
  • Manage and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail and phone calls.
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Support accounting and administrative tasks such as processing invoices and updating records.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 diploma: Additional administrative training/certification is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
