K92 Mining Limited are the owners of the high-grade Kainantu Gold Mine in Eastern Highlands Province. Since commencing operations in 2016, we have delivered consistent production growth. About the role

The role involves managing the accurate and timely receipt of goods and services, reconciling invoices, maintaining system updates, supporting inventory and logistics operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement and payment processes.

Key Accountabilities

Key accountabilities of this position include.

• Ensure the prompt delivery of all import / export and warehouse freight to the warehouse facility, laydown yard or as directed by end users.
• Undertake weekly and daily priorities within the team, regularly report on progress, activity and outcomes
• Ensure that all aspects of logistics are undertaken in accordance with established policy and procedures. Ensuring that safety is paramount to all tasks performed.
• Ensure the timely completion of all tasks
• Delivery of goods and materials to the warehouse and end users ensuring confirmation that deliveries are completed to the K92 Mining schedules and plans.
• Liaise with representatives from K92 Mining freight forwarders, all freight contractors, and end users. Ensure that co-operative working relationships are maintained.
• Follow the direction of the Senior Logistics Officer when completing tasks.

About You

To be considered for this position, candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in a warehousing environment where they have used computerized storage systems, and they have gained a good understanding of storing concepts and techniques. In addition to this, candidates should also (ideally) be able to demonstrate some or all the following.

• Demonstrated skill in the use of supply computing software: software: Pronto, MS office suite.
• Experience with storage and handling of Dangerous goods
• Licensed to operate relevant machinery relevant to the task.
• Good interpersonal skills together with effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated skills in risk awareness and hazard identification.
• Must have class six (6) driver's license.
