We are looking for Sales Coordinator – Pactrade (PNG) Limited

Pactrade (PNG) Limited is an established FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) and is part of CJ Patel Group of Companies in Fiji. Pactrade is represented in PNG with its Lae, Morobe.

The key responsibilities include:

support the sales team in achieving their targets by coordinating schedules, following up on leads, organizing meetings, and providing administrative support, ultimately contributing to the company's overall sales success.

The key responsibilities include:

1. Managing Shipment schedules from booking and tracking customer orders
2. Report Generation: Prepare ETA reports for shippments
3. Order processing : Handle customer orders, ensure accuracy and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
4. CRM Management : Maintain and update customer relation management system
5. Administrative support: Provide admin support to sales team and Sales Manager - Outstation
6. Collaboration: Work with other departments ( e.g, warehouse, sales team and finance ) to ensure smooth operation and effective communication.

Skills and experience

1. More than 2 years experience in driving , have a class 6 or 3 driver’s licence may be advantage
2. 2 to 3 years experience in Shipping and Logistics .
3. Experience in Administration ( travel bookings and planning )
4. Good computing skills and excellent communication skills
