JOB VACANCY: PANEL BEATER / SPRAY PAINTER / CAR WRAPPING SPECIALIST

Leasemaster Limited t/as JR Repairs Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater / Spray Painter, with strong expertise in Car Wrapping, to join our workshop team.

This role is specifically targeted at a candidate who is highly competent in vehicle wrapping, as this skill is essential to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out panel beating repairs on light vehicles to a high standard
• Perform spray painting and refinishing work, including colour matching
• Apply full and partial vehicle wraps, decals, and branding with precision
• Prepare vehicles properly for wrapping and painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.)
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and durability
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater and Spray Painter
• Strong, hands-on experience in vehicle car wrapping (mandatory)
• Ability to install wraps without bubbles, creases, or misalignment
• Knowledge of wrap materials, tools, and application techniques
• Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Physically fit and reliable

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with corporate branding and fleet vehicle wraps
• Basic knowledge of vehicle body repair and preparation
• Ability to work as part of a team
