PAYROLL OFFICER

Following are the requirements for this role:

• Must have experience in Pronto payroll with 3 years or more
• Attention to detail essential
• Intermediate Excel experience
• Processing payroll by established deadlines
• Processing new employees, terminations, transfers and promotions
• Maintaining comprehensive payroll records
• Reviewing and verification of source documents
• Reconciling employee deductions, loans..etc
• Updating payroll records by ensuring all changes for employees are captured correctly
• Assisting with general office admin duties from time to time.
• Team player and fast learner
• Must have effective communication and customer service skills, and excellent planning, time management and leadership skills

This is a challenging role requiring enthusiasm, confidence and energy with a commitment to safety in the workplace and with a degree of self-direction.
