We’re looking for a People & Culture Co-Ordinator who’s not just about HR—but about humans. Someone who brings warmth, energy, and authenticity to every interaction. With nearly 200 staff across multiple business units (and two new Baker Boy locations launching soon!), this role is your chance to shape culture, drive development, and celebrate the people who make us great.

This isn’t a desk-bound policy role. It’s hands-on, high-impact, and full of heart.

What You’ll Do:

Culture & Values

• Champion our values—Care, Courage, Communication, Commercial, and Continuous Improvement.
• Support performance and behavior assessments that build trust and drive growth.
• Create a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Help source and welcome new talent with warmth and professionalism.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding with a personal touch.
• Keep contracts and documentation tidy and timely.

Training & Development

• Track training and accreditation for all local staff.
• Coordinate TYPSY modules, HACCP sessions, and customer service workshops.
• Work with team leaders to unlock potential and spark growth.

Operational Support

• Assist with rostering, staff comms, and HR admin.
• Be a key player in launching new Baker Boy sites.
• Roll up your sleeves during store openings and milestone moments.
