About the Role An opportunity exists for a detail-oriented and analytical Project Analyst to support a central strategy and transformation function. This role plays a key part in supporting project coordination, tracking execution, and maintaining structured reporting across strategic initiatives.
The role is suited to someone who is highly organised, comfortable working with data and reporting, and able to support senior stakeholders by ensuring projects remain on track, well-documented, and aligned to business priorities.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct structured strategic, financial and operational analysis to support leadership decision -making
- Translate concepts and insights into clear, targeted communication material for relevant audiences
- Prepare executive -ready materials including presentations, dashboard and briefing papers
- Support strategy development, business cases and strategic option evaluation
- Perform market, competitor and internal performance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the operation of the Agile Programme Management Office (PMO) to enable the delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Track and manage project roadmaps, milestones, outcomes, risks, dependencies, and benefit realisation.
- Facilitate projects ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives, occasionally acting as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.
- Prepare synthesized reports and updates for governance forums, ensuring minutes and decision tracking are maintained to drive momentum.
- Support process improvement initiatives, workshops and change management activities
- Contribute to the development of playbooks, policy and templates
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure visibility and accountability across projects
- Perform other tasks as required by the Group Head of Strategy
Requirements of the Role - Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, engineering. Design, technology or a related field
- 2-5 years’ experience in roles requiring structured analysis and executive facing communication (e.g. strategy & management consulting, business & operational analysis, performance improvement, transformation delivery, corporate strategy & finance) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured information’
- Strong Excel capability, Power BI and SharePoint
- Familiarity with collaboration and visualisation tools (Miro, Visio, Lucid chart, Trello)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and follow through on actions.
