About the Role
You will be responsible for tracking the organisation’s property leasing performance while overseeing key re-development projects. You will attend project meetings and work closely with the manager and key internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the team are tracking tenants’ lease information on rental payments and any associated maintenance costs.
  • Prepare monthly reports on property collections, leasing activities and project status
  • Manage and support the Projects team and leasing team on daily activities
  • Attend project meetings and liaise with the Project Superintendent on project status.
  • Coordinate with facilities team with regards to property maintenance matters
  • Foster a customer centric culture within the team, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the customer leasing experience and streamline processes
  • Prepare property leasing and project reports including building occupancy and submit monthly to line manager
  • Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies related to building operations.
Requirements of the Role
  • University Degree /Diploma in Engineering, Project Management or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in Construction Management or Integrated facilities management
  • Experience handling MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) systems
  • Experience with CAD and other construction software
  • Experience in property leasing and rentals
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
