CreditBank PNG is recruiting a suitable candidate for the role of Project Management Office Lead.

The PMO Lead will be responsible for the leadership of the Project Management Office and will take the lead in the planning and implementation of projects, business improvement processes and present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions. This position reports to the Head of Group Strategy.

Primary responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
  • Lead business improvement processes initiative.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Develop full scale project plans.
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and on budget.
  • Manage project resource availability and allocation.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines.
  • Measure and track project deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Provide direction and support to project team.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Other duties as directed by the Head of Group Strategy.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Actively engage with all key stakeholders, including, regulators, business partners and introducers to promote the interests of Credit Corporation and develop enduring relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with the team across the Credit Corporation Group of Companies to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Governance, Risk & Compliance:

  • Adhere to all Financial Prudential Standards and governance, risk and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to all internal frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Key Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Project Management or related field.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.

Experience:

  • At least 10 years' experience in a similar role / senior management role.
  • Customer experience design.
  • Understanding and application of risk analysis, cash flow analysis, portfolio management, evaluation, and analysis of profit projections.
  • Demonstrated understanding of prudent Project Management practices.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology systems and platforms preferable.
  • Understanding and application of brand, market and customer research, product development and customer experience design.
