Daikin PNG, a leading provider of innovative air conditioning and climate solutions, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchasing Supervisor to join our dynamic team

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the procurement process to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery terms, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inventory management and stock levels.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Prepare procurement reports and analysis for management review.
• Lead and supervise a team of purchasing staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local and international procurement practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
