RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – MIDDLE OFFICE UNIT, INTERNATIONAL MARKETS DEPARTMENT

Reports To: Manager – Middle Office Unit, International Markets Department

The relationship manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of client relationship management and business engagement within the International Markets Department to strengthen the foreign reserves management operations within the International Market Department to strengthen the foreign reserves management operations.

The primary role of this position is to maintain liaison between the departments and their overseas stakeholders, especially central Banks, institutional clients, investment counterparts, and strategic partners.

The role is critical in current environment due to the impact of derisking by overseas correspondence banking relationships as a direct result of increased AML/CTF enforcement. Without proper management of these relationships, the Bank’s reserves management operations will be negatively affected.

Education/Qualification/Experiences/Skills/Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution master’s degree will be an advantage)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in client relationship management, institutional engagement, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of global financial markets, investment operations, and client servicing
  • Ability to foster trust and long-term engagement with diverse
