Relationship Manager (POM Based)

• Handle customers' needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Use existing and potential customer networks to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Address clients' queries and concerns promptly.
• Close agreements to maximize profits and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track key account metrics, such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
• Provide regular updates on account status and sales performance.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver’s licence
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong and long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
• Ability to provide valuable insights into customer needs and market trends
• Proficient computer skills.
