Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Team Leader to join our thriving property company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, setting performance goals, providing coaching and feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print advertising, and promotional events, ensuring consistent brand messaging and strong market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and management of the company's CRM system, ensuring efficient and accurate tracking of leads, client interactions, and sales data.
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales and marketing activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the property industry, attending industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the property market and industry trends, with a solid network of industry contacts.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
  • May need to trave to property sites, customer sites, event centers and other relevant places

Others

The Sales and Marketing Team Leader may be required to work extended hours, attend industry events, and travel occasionally for meetings or conferences. This is a full-time, salaried position with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses and career advancement.
