Position Title: Sales Data Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Data Analyst to help us understand and improve our sales performance. You will work with sales data to identify trends, track KPIs, and support decision-making across the sales team. Your insights will help drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
• Work with sales managers to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor key metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Support forecasting and target-setting processes.
• Clean and organize data from ERP Next or other relevant sources.
• Present findings in a clear and simple way to non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory and avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Supervise the Invoicing Office to ensure swift and accurate processing of sales transactions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working with large data or in a sales support role.
• Strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP Next, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Familiarity with sales funnel metrics and pipeline analysis.
• Understanding of business operations and sales strategies.
