Sales Executive (Not the pushy kind — but the one who can close)

PNG Motors is one of Papua New Guinea’s most recognised automotive groups, representing Ford, Mazda, Hyundai, Suzuki, JMC and Joylong. We sell vehicles that are built for real PNG conditions — and we sell them properly. No hype, no pressure tactics, just strong products, honest conversations, and results that last.

This is a sales role for someone who knows how to build trust and get deals over the line.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be dealing directly with customers every day, understanding what they actually need and guiding them toward the right vehicle. You’ll manage the full sales process, from first enquiry through to finance, delivery, and handover. You’ll follow up leads, build your own pipeline, attend sales events, and keep relationships going long after the keys are handed over.

You’ll need to know your product. That means understanding features, pricing, finance options, and how each vehicle performs in real-world PNG conditions. Some deals will be quick. Others will take time, patience, and persistence. Closing matters — but so does doing it the right way.

Who This Suits
This role suits someone who is confident, organised, and genuinely good with people. You don’t need to be aggressive, but you do need to be disciplined and results-driven. If you can listen, communicate clearly, follow up properly, and close when the moment is right, you’ll do well here. Automotive sales experience is an advantage, but attitude, consistency, and accountability are just as important.
