Kwik Distribution is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for sales and a strong background in customer relationship management, we encourage you to apply.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will lead the sales strategy and execution for Nambawan Bake Haus, overseeing wholesale and retail channels. The role involves managing a sales team, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction across Port Moresby and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets across all channels.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives and merchandisers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including resellers and catering companies
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional activities to boost product visibility and sales.
  • Inventory Coordination: Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in a sales management role within the FMCG or bakery industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Valid driver’s license.
