Sales & Marketing Assistant

Supporting marketing campaigns and strategies through tasks, like content creation, market research, social media management, data analysis, event coordination, and administrative support for Daikin PNG. Key responsibilities include executing digital and traditional marketing activities, maintaining marketing collateral, and providing data-driven insights by tracking campaign performance. Essential skills for the role are strong communication, organization, digital marketing proficiency, and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign & Content Management: Assist in the organization and execution of marketing campaigns, create marketing materials like brochures and social media posts, and write content for websites and blogs.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze consumer data and questionnaires, and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
• Digital Marketing: Manage social media accounts, post online content, and assist with SEO/SEM campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Administrative Support: Perform daily administrative tasks, update spreadsheets and databases, and provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
• Event Coordination: Help organize and facilitate promotional events and traditional marketing initiatives.
• Reporting: Assist in creating and analyzing reports on marketing campaign performance and key metrics.

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Organizational Skills: Crucial for coordinating projects, managing tasks, and keeping the department running smoothly.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing software, social media platforms, CRM systems and content management systems (CMS).
• Analytical Skills: The ability to collect, interpret and analyze marketing data to gain insights and support strategy.
• Creativity: The ability to brainstorm and develop innovative marketing ideas and content.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing is preferred
• Police Clearance
