Credit Corporation Properties Limited (CCPL) seeks a passionate, committed & experienced professional to fill in the role of Sales & Marketing Manager, Properties Division.
Theincumbent will be responsible for developing sales & marketing plans and implementing various initiatives emanating from the plan. The incumbent will primarily be the point of call for both existing and prospective clients for Era Dorina Estate, Era Matana Estate & Credit House. This role is based in Port Moresby and has a strong succession plan and career development focus for this role.
Outline of duties:
Strategic
- Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure Marketing Qualifies Leads (MQL) are funnelled to the Sales team.
- Market through various channels and segment databases.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors.
- Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to present to senior executives.
Customer Experience
- Manage marketing channels including but not limited to print and digital media, email, social media, content, webinars, events, etc.
- Create content from short social media content to long-form e-papers and webinars to tailor marketing tactics to better attract different customers.
Operational
- Visit corporate clients to source interested prospective tenants.
- Obtain referrals from current tenants.
- Liaise with the Leasing Officer and Sales Team Members in Finalising contracts and leases.
- Manage the Marketing team to achieve the efficient operation of the Marketing division and ensure the outcomes and objectives of the company are met or exceeded.
- Ensure company procedures and processes in all aspects of the operation concerning Sales and Marketing.
- Develop a marketing plan to be reviewed quarterly and annually to see the most effective and cost-efficient way to promote and give exposure to our Properties (Credit House, Era Dorina and Era Matana Estates).
- Plan and oversee tasks assigned to the Sales & Marketing Assistant.
- Plan and coordinate work in conjunction with the Facilities, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Pre-Arrival Teams for the preparation of units to be on boarded by new tenants.
- Assist the GMP in ensuring the operations and the Properties are compliant with all marketing standards and company policies.
- Maintain a supportive team environment among the administrative staff.
- Oversee current offerings and develop initiatives for new products or services.
- Develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams.
- Oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing related projects.
- Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
- Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
Administration
- Ensure all new and existing tenancy leases are always up to date. Proper and accurate records are maintained throughout the negotiation and processing of all leases (new & extensions).
Other duties
- Other duties as directed or required by the General Manager, Properties.
Requirements for the role:
- At least 5 years or more experience in Sales & Marketing, social media, and Events Management.
- Proven experience as a Sales & marketing officer or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of sales & marketing techniques and principles.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML).
- Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
- High levels of integrity and personal ethics.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Current Drivers Licence.
Formal Qualifications:
Mandatory:
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, Communication, and other related programs.
- Priority will be given to applicants with experience in a similar role and having particular knowledge of management, administration, accounting, maintenance and security procedures, process, and systems.
