BrandForce PNG Ltd is a leading provider of merchandising, marketing, and promotions services for local and overseas brands/companies. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Madang.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent in-store execution, managing stock levels, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our team to achieve supplier expectations and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, presented, and feature company branding/Point of Sale materials
• Build and maintain eye-catching displays and ensure clear price ticketing
• Conduct weekly stock counts and ordering
• Report OOS issues to Sales Coordinator/Marketing Manager
• Attend sales meetings with store managers
• Enhance BrandForce relationships with retailers and wholesalers
• Meet monthly sales targets and tasks
• coordinate marketing activities

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate or higher in Sales & Marketing
• 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Merchandiser in FMCG retail
• Current references and work experience letter
• Current police clearance
• Proven record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Smart Android phone and ability to operate Google Email/WhatsApp/Zoom
