Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and reliable Sales Merchandisers to support our sales operations across various locations in Papua New Guinea. This role is responsible for promoting Globe products in-store, ensuring high standards of product display, and supporting sales growth through effective merchandising and customer engagement.

Sales Merchandisers will be assigned to specific locations based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets regularly to merchandise Globe products in line with company standards.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, products are correctly priced, and displays are attractive and tidy.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and retail staff.
• Monitor stock levels and report low or out-of-stock items promptly.
• Implement promotional activities, product launches, and in-store campaigns as directed.
• Provide basic product information to customers and retail staff when required.
• Submit accurate sales, stock, and activity reports within required timeframes.
• Observe market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback and report to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Grade 10 or Grade 12 certificate (minimum)
• Previous experience is sales, merchandising, or retail will be an advantage
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reporting purposes
