Position: Sales Merchandiser
Locations: Wewak, Tabubil, East New Britain
Application Deadline: Friday, 24th of July 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales figures, market trends, and customer behavior to determine product needs.
• Stock sales floor shelves and create attractive product displays.
• Implement product promotions, price changes, and markdowns as necessary.
• Ensure retail staff are well-informed on product details and promotions.
• Maintain and track inventory effectively.
• Liaise between customers and the company to foster good relationships.
• Forecast sales and profits accurately.
• Manage budgets efficiently.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Grade 12 Leaver
• Previous work experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
