Security Operations Coordinator

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and self–driven Security Operations Coordinator. This role is based in Lae and will report to the National Security Operations Manager.

The Security Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing security protocols to the companies required standards across all Trukai sites. This role will oversee and ensure Security Supervisors and Contractor Guards provide protection for all company personnel and assets and security operational support on a regular basis.

Key Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, certificate in Security Management
• 5 years of security and law enforcement experience
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team
• Have a strong network with the Police Command Post & other government agencies
• Ability to foster strong relationship with all stakeholders
• Knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety in a food manufacturing and processing plant
• Must have a Police Clearance and valid driver’s license – Class 6
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Good communication, interpersonal, planning and organizational skills
• Able to work under minimum supervision and long hours when required
• Computer literate in MS Office applications
