The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Security Operations Manager to take charge of their operational arm and ensure seamless execution of services, strategic deployment of personnel, and ongoing client satisfaction. This leadership role is central to maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across our security network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day security operations across multiple sites and regions
• Oversee workforce planning, rostering, and deployment of security personnel
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and security protocols
• Engage with clients to assess needs, resolve issues, and build trusted partnerships
• Coordinate training, upskilling, and performance of frontline teams
• Manage incident response, reporting, and post-incident review processes

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in security operations or paramilitary/law enforcement background, diplomatic security experience essential
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities in high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and client service skills
• Ability to manage rosters, logistics, and multi-site operations efficiently
• Sound understanding of risk management and security industry standards
• PNG citizenship or residency with deep knowledge of local security landscapes
