Senior Apartment and Shop Salesperson (1–2 people)

Job Requirements:

1. Positive, enthusiastic, and in agreement with the company culture;
2. Diploma or above, with a hardworking attitude;
3. Strong customer communication and development skills;
4. Experience in selling apartments or shops;
5. Having own customer resources or channels, basic Chinese skills, and familiarity with the full real estate transaction process and industry knowledge are preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Customer Maintenance
(1) Responsible for customer reception and consultation, providing professional real estate services;
(2) Accompany customers to view properties, promote transactions, and follow up on service;
(3) Maintain customer records, analyze client information, and establish customer files;
(4) Assist with client reservation, contract signing, and payment collection, and maintain good relationships with property owners;
(5) Assist in handling and reporting customer complaints.

2. Sales Target Achievement

(1) Follow team leaders’ instructions, complete assigned tasks on time, and strive to meet and exceed company sales targets.
