  • Manage and grow a portfolio of FX clients with tailored currency solutions.
  • Execute foreign exchange transactions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Build strong client relationships to drive revenue and market share growth.

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Dealer – Financial Markets to manage a portfolio of foreign exchange (FX) clients. You will be instrumental in driving client engagement, ensuring compliance, and achieving commercial outcomes in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of FX clients, understanding their business and currency requirements.
  • Ensure clients operate within exchange control regulations.
  • Adhere to internal sales policies, procedures and delegated authorities.
  • Maintain and manage the regulatory order board to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email.
  • Develop and maintain a structured client call program with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews, providing insights and tailored solutions.
  • Accurately book and process FX transactions using internal systems.
  • Achieve financial and non-financial targets, including profitability and market share growth.

  • Strong understanding of FX markets and client portfolio management.
  • Proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Knowledge of exchange control regulations and banking compliance.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach.
