SENIOR DRIVER

Responsible for operating company vehicles to transport passengers, staff, or goods safely and efficiently. Leading, coordinating logistics, mentoring junior drivers, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and maintenance protocols serve as the primary driver for high-ranking officials or manage sensitive, high-value cargo.

Reporting to: Property Divisional Manager

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have proven work experience of minimal 5 years in a similar role especially in transport services industry.
• Strong decision -making skills
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
• Must have PNG Class 4, 6 and 7 Drivers Licenses
• Must have very good written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate, proficiency with MS Excel, Word and outlook email system.
• Must have good organisational, presentation and time management skills.
• Able to Manage, Supervise and Monitor Fleet Operations in a cost-effective manner.
• Ensure safety Standards are well maintained
• Maintain and manage all database relating to transportations activities.
