Job Summary:

The Senior Graphics Designer plays a key role in developing creative visuals for marketing campaigns. You will conceptualize and design monthly campaign materials, including newspaper ads, digital content, and social media assets. Your expertise extends to creating large-format designs such as signs, posters, billboards, and other requests of the Marketing Manager. Additionally, you will help mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to maintain high-quality design standards across all projects.

Job Interactions:

This role interacts with both internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders include Fone Haus, Trophy Haus and the larger Namba Wan Trophy Limited (NWTL) Group of Companies. External stakeholders include suppliers and printing agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design monthly campaign materials, including newspaper ads, digital content, and social media assets.
• Create large-format designs such as signs, posters, billboards, and other marketing materials as requested by the Marketing Manager.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to maintain high-quality design standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for various campaigns.
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to enhance visual storytelling.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (mandatory).
• Experience with Canva and other essential graphic design tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills across various formats.
• Strong eye for visual composition, color, and typography.
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
