We are seeking a competent and flexible individual to fill the vacant position of Senior Security Supervisor. This position is based in Kimbe, West New Britain Province and reports to the Security Superintendent.

SENIOR SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Job Purpose:

The primary responsibility of the Senior Security Supervisor role is to ensure the overall safety and security of the company’s employees, property, assets and operations within the Malilimi/Rigula Group Estates by effectively leading, managing, and supervising the security team and enforcing all company security protocols and policies.

The key objectives of the Senior Security Supervisor include Protection, Leadership, Safety, Law and order, Compliance and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of all security guards including rostering and deployment.
• Ensure 24/7 protection of company properties, employees, assets and palm oil crops.
• Enforce company security policies, rules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• The position is critical to protect the company’s major investments, including palm oil estates, mills, vehicles, stores and Staff housing. Without effective security, the company will suffer high losses from crop theft, fuel theft, and asset vandalism, directly affecting profitability and business continuity.

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12 and above.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in private security, with at least 2-3 years in a senior supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and command presence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (English/Tok Pisin).
• High level of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel and security reporting systems.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Must work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
