In this front-line role, you’ll be the first person customers turn to when their vehicle needs care. From welcoming them in, to translating technical details into simple language, to making sure their car is ready on time — you’ll be the one they trust to keep them moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting customers and guiding them through the service process.

• Capturing their service needs and preparing accurate job cards.

• Explaining technical work and estimates in clear, customer-friendly terms.

• Coordinating with workshop staff to keep everything on track.

• Handling follow-ups, queries, and concerns with professionalism and care.

• Keeping all records, systems, and ERA service logs up to date.

• Promoting additional services that add value and keep vehicles at their best.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor (or a similar customer-facing automotive role).

• Familiarity with dealership processes and ERA systems.

• A natural communicator who can explain the technical with confidence and clarity.

• Strong multitasking and time management skills in a busy environment.

• A professional, empathetic, and customer-first attitude.
