The SFS & Marketing Executive will drive the growth and profitability of TotalEnergies' retail network across Port Moresby and Lae.

The role is responsible for managing shop and food service operations, executing marketing campaigns, developing non-fuel revenue opportunities, and ensuring compliance with HSEQ and HACCP standards.

Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop shop and food service operations, including Café Bonjour and other retail concepts.
• Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, customer events, and merchandising initiatives.
• Manage the annual Marketing & A&P budget and monitor campaign effectiveness.
• Identify and develop non-fuel revenue opportunities and third-party partnerships.
• Monitor sales, profitability, and market trends to drive business performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, HSEQ, and operational standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture across service station operations.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 6 years' experience in marketing, merchandising, retail, FMCG, convenience retail, or the fuel industry.
• Proven experience in marketing campaigns, sales analysis, and retail operations.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong marketing, merchandising, and commercial acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is an advantage.
