Shift Supervisor - Lae

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven Shift Supervisor to join our Rice Mill Department. This position is based in Lae and will report to the Production Shift Manager.

The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring daily production targets are met, planned production schedules are achieved, production-related data is submitted on time, and manpower resources are effectively allocated and managed on a shift-by-shift basis.

Key Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Applied Science, preferably in Food Technology
• Minimum of three (3) years' supervisory experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Sound knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety principles
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of OHSE regulations and workplace health and safety (WHS) standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
