Job Summary:

The Showroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom to ensure a high standard of presentation, exceptional customer service, and the achievement of sales targets. This role involves supervising showroom staff, managing displays, maintaining stock presentation, and ensuring the overall smooth running of the showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, motivate, and support showroom staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and performance.
  • Ensure the showroom is always clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Manage and rotate merchandise displays to align with marketing and seasonal trends.
  • Assist in achieving showroom sales targets and KPIs.
  • Greet and engage customers, providing information on products, services, and promotions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for stock replenishment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Train and onboard new staff, ensuring they understand company policies and customer service expectations.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and provide updates to management.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in retail or showroom supervision (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory software).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in retail or business management is a plus.
