STORE OFFICER

Are you the kind of person who knows that the right part, in the right place, at the right time, can keep an entire operation moving? We’re looking for a detail-driven, organised, and proactive stores person to be the heartbeat of our inventory operations—ensuring every tool, component, and spare part is exactly where it needs to be when it’s needed most.

Education

• Minimum of Grade 12 certificate
• Certificate or Diploma in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing

Work Experience

Must have previous experience in;

• Warehouse operation
• Storekeeping
• Spare parts
• Inventory management

Key Skills

• Good record keeping and documentation accuracy
• Ability to handle inventory and stock control
• Basic Computer skills
• Ability to use computers (MS Excel, inventory software)
• Good communication
• Teamwork and ability to work under pressure

Core Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods
• Store items properly and maintain stock locations
• Issue materials based on approved requisitions
• Maintain accurate stock records and reports
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
• Ensure warehouse is clean, safe, and organized

Additional

• Valid Drivers license
• Basic knowledge of health & safety procedures
• Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
