As Supervisor Reliability, you will play a critical leadership role in optimizing plant performance through proactive maintenance, process reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement. Your expertise will help maximize equipment availability, reduce operational risk, and support the delivery of safe and productive outcomes across our processing operations. Through your leadership, coaching, and technical capability, you will contribute directly to operational excellence and the ongoing success of our site.

You will work closely with operational leaders, engineers, maintenance teams, health and safety professionals, technical specialists, and contractors to deliver business-critical outcomes. This role is offered on a 21:21 Fly-in, Fly-out (FIFO) roster to Lihir Island, Papua New Guinea.
Our FIFO employees stay in a secure and comfortable camp, with ensuite, air-conditioned accommodation equipped with Wi-Fi, television and a mini fridge. A variety of nutritious meal options are available through on-site catering facilities, while recreational and social amenities provide opportunities to relax and connect with colleagues while on roster.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams supporting one of the world's largest gold mining operations, contributing to safe, reliable and sustainable performance in a technically complex and globally significant mining environment.
