CPL Group is seeking a talented and driven Team Leader – Creative Services to join our Strategic Marketing Department. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong design skills and leadership experience who can turn marketing strategies into impactful visual content.

As the Team Leader, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining our brand's visual identity across multiple channels, from social media to print and digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to create engaging designs that support campaigns and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and production of marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, event materials, and web content
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
• Translate marketing concepts into effective and visually appealing designs
• Oversee multimedia content development such as infographics, animations, and short videos
• Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other stakeholders to align messaging and creative
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
• Incorporate feedback to deliver high-quality final outputs

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role with a strong design portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in animation or multimedia design is a plus
