We currently have vacancies in our POM and Lae sites for Technical Bakery Sales Representatives to support customers with bakery product solutions while driving sales growth and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell bakery ingredients, products, and solutions to customers.
• Provide technical advice and support on baking applications and product usage.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bakeries, distributors, and key clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in improving bakery processes.
• Monitor market trends and customer requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in sales, preferably within the food, bakery, or FMCG industry.
• Basic knowledge and practical skills in baking and bakery product applications.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to provide technical product support and training to customers.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s licence would be an advantage.
