TRANSPORT COORDINATOR – LAE

ZENAG CHICKEN is seeking to hire an experienced and qualified Transport Coordinator for the Transport Division. This role is based in Lae, Morobe Province. This is a great opportunity to work in a growing national Agribusiness company with a friendly working environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Transport Manager, the role is Lae based and is responsible for ensuring of the timely delivery of farm products to Lae and farm materials from Lae to Zenag farm.

Duties:

• Responsible for conducting daily toolbox meetings.
• Responsible for administering employee’s timecards.
• Responsible for the issue of daily fleet checklist
• Responsible for verifying the fleet checklist.
• Responsible for monitoring each fleet’s fuel burn.
• Responsible for planning the Daily Journey Management Plan
• Responsible liaising with workshop department for fleet break downs
• Responsible for collecting all GPS reports.

About You

• Must have at least grade 10 certificate or have a Tertiary qualification in business administration.
• Must have hands on experience in Microsoft Office, Excel & Outlook
• Must be flexible with working hours.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
