POSITION OVERVIEW

Oceania Distributors Ltd is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient stock handling, inventory control, and smooth daily warehouse activities.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems.
• Monitor and enforce workplace health and safety standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of inventory systems and stock control procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office; ERP knowledge will be an advantage).
