• Be the go-to guru — help your team with tough diagnostics and technical know-how.
• Keep customers happy — work closely with Service Advisors to deliver clear updates.
• Sign off like a pro — check every job before release.
• Set the tone — a safe, clean, organised workshop that runs like clockwork.

• You’ve been a Workshop Controller, Foreman, or Senior Tech and are ready to own the role.
• You know your stuff across multiple brands.
• You’ve got leadership skills — firm, fair, and calm under pressure.
