BRANCH MANAGER-DAIKIN PNG (LAE)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to lead our HVAC & Refrigeration operations. This pivotal role oversees technical service delivery, business development, financial management, and team leadership to drive branch performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Projects, Service, and Stores departments to meet business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and reporting aligned with company goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Oversee staff performance, training, and development.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years in HVAC & Refrigeration service management.
• Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction, or related field preferred.
• BMS experience will be advantageous as well as major HVAC systems (Daikin, Carrier, Temperzone).
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Australian/New Zealand standards and electrical regulations.

Requirements:

• Class 1 Driver’s license and can drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicle.
• Good overall health
• Work travel by air, to other provinces in PNG.
