About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead production, installation, and project delivery across steel fabrication and HVACR services. This role drives strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational excellence, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee fabrication, welding, piping, electrical, and HVACR installation teams.
• Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Lead strategic initiatives and capital investment planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and foster continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in steel fabrication, HVACR, or electrical installation.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and technical expertise.
• Proficiency in CNC, CAD/CAM, ERP systems, and project management.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Electrical or Welding licenses.

Other Requirements:

• Class 1 Driver’s license and can drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicle.
• Good overall health
• Work travel by air, to other provinces in PNG
